Job Title: Director Non-Physician Services Salary: $105,000+ / Yearly
Location: Houston, TX Type: Full-Time

Description:

National cancer treatment network is expanding and looking for a DIRECTOR NON-PHYSICIAN SERVICES, to work with a network of about 1000 community based physicians to develop, coordinate, and manage services and programs related to about 160 Mid Level Providers within the Oncology network. Will be responsible for training, recruiting, best practices, peer interaction, survirorship and andvance care planning programs. The ideal candidate will be a Nurse Practitioner with 10+ years expereience in oncology, and a proven transition from the clinical arena into an administrative/operations role.
