Director of Clinical Services - Oncology needed for a community-based oncology practice located in Upstate, SC area. They do medicine specializing in medical oncology, radiation oncology, gynecology oncology, hematology, stem cell transplant, diagnostic radiology, and clinical research. They have 23 board certified physicians and 8 locations throughout the Upstate of South Carolina to enable our patients to remain close to their home.

Responsible for managing clinical operations in a practice for clinical employees including nursing, transplant, and research.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Nursing or related healthcare or business discipline (MSN, MBA, or MHA preferred).
Minimum seven years experience in healthcare management including prior supervisory experience.
Experience in Oncology/Hematology office management.
Current state licensure for applicable clinical educational background.
Work requires frequent travel by automobile within multi-site service area.
