Director of Nursing needed for a Cancer hospital & out patient clinic located in Philadelphia, PA.

The DON Supervises a Nurse Manager for the 2nd Floor Med/Surg Unit, ICU, and soon-to-open 3rd Floor Med/Surg Unit. There are currently 8 Nursing Supervisors (House Supervisors) that would report to the DON. The Infusion Center has a Nurse Manager.

RN BSN required, MSN preferred. Chemo & Biotherapy Certification strongly preferred, OCN or ACON strongly preferred. Previous/recent Oncology/Infusion experience is a must. BLS and ACLS required. Prior Management experience required.

5) 2 MedOncs, adding 1 more, 2 NP?s, NP?s see 6-10 patients per day
