Job Title: Senior Operations Manager, Home Infusion Salary: $85,000 / Yearly
Location: Danville, PA Type: Full-Time

Description:

Large home infusion division of a large, well respected hospital system in central PA is expanding and looking for a SENIOR MANAGER, OPERATIONS for their home infusion division. The ideal candidate will be a BSN (advanced degree preferred), with strong operations experience in home infusion or home health. Must be a strong leader, a change agent, and have solid communication skills. Will be responsible for working across all disciplines, assesing work flow, policies, etc., to create better clinical outcomes for their patients. Will also be working with the hospital system on developing a pull through strategy for the home infusion division.
